Simple answers about buying from Name Look.
What am I buying?
A personalized digital Name Look product made from the name or other text and options shown at checkout.
When will it arrive?
After payment, your order gets an expected delivery time. At launch, most orders are given an estimate of about 12–36 hours.
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy through the normal public checkout without a Name Look account. We use your order email for delivery.
Who handles payment?
Dodo Payments handles checkout and the payment receipt. Name Look keeps the order details needed to make and deliver your product.
Can I get a refund?
Personalized digital products are generally final after production starts or delivery happens. If something is wrong or missing, contact support and we will work to fix it. Rights required by law or the payment provider still apply.
What happens to the name or text I submit?
We use it to make your order. It may stay with the order and generated files for delivery, support, and required records. See Privacy for more.
